We had high hopes coming to Coll House and we were still blown away! Marcia is a sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable host, who serves a delicious breakfast each morning. An unforgettable experience in a warm and cozy home. We'll be back!

My husband and I arrived last night - celebrating our 6 year anniversary at this quaint b+b. It is so lovely here and we were welcomed with open arms. The ammenities are excellent and the room is perfect. We were initially going to bring our two dogs but glad we decided not too. It would have been tight with us two and two 60+ pound dogs for the “blue room/second room” upstairs. We are so close to many things in the area and we absolutely have loved our stay so far! Highly recommend a visit to T Road brewing for pizza, live music and beers. Today we head into Salida (always a favorite of ours) and Joyful Journey Hot Springs 🙂

Highly recommend Coll House for an overnight or longer. My husband and I had a very positive experience staying in this BnB for a night after a visit to the Sand Dunes NP. We were able to make a last minute reservation which we really appreciated. Our ground level room was very comfortable and clean. Nice windows facing a wooded area and also the mountains gave one a feeling of a very private retreat. Our host was very welcoming, gave quick and clear instructions and everything we needed was available. Lovely tranquil setting in the mountains. Highly recommend and would have liked to stay longer! Thank you!!

Marcia is a wonderful host. She knows the area well and is so welcoming that you'll feel right at home while staying there. The rooms are all unique in their own way, and the bed was very comfortable (there are white noise machines in the bedrooms, too). I loved the layout of the house, the outdoor space to sit, and the quietness outside. The house itself provides a wonderful view of the valley and of the stars above. Oh, and don't pass up Marcia's breakfasts! It's just what you need to start your day.

Marcia thinks of everything. From organic coffee, to non toxic soaps. She had the best contintal breakfast I have ever had . Loved the large soaking tub.
Very tidy, organized, well appointed, bright and lively yet warm and cozy too. Marcia is gracious friendly and helpful. We had great mountain and valley Vista views.
We'll be back!!!

We had a great time and we're hosted graciously by Marcia. The house is beautiful and within a short drive or walking distance to all things Crestone. Breakfast included amazing homemade quiche and muffins. We had a fabulous time.

I am in love with this place. Marcia is so welcoming and sensitive to our needs. The energy of this house is so comforting and the ambience is quite serene. An off the grid retreat for your spirit. The breakfast was delicious and the conversation over coffee was inspiring. We are staying 3 nights. Our adventures continue with a couple of hiking trails today and an excursion to the Sand Dunes tomorrow.

Marcia owns and runs this delightful b&b in the magical town of Crestone. Spotlessly clean. Delicious garden to table breakfast and just a wonderful experience. The dryness was bothering me on the first night so Marcia gave us a humidifier and ensured it was filled even when we were out for the day. We will definitely return!!
