I would give 0 stars if I could. This school is terrible. I attended this school for 4 years now and finally transferred to anther. This school is very unclean. There is urine all over the bathrooms and the food was found raw and found bits of hair in it. I had Sister Hamilah as Ela . She was an Okay teacher ...BUT only cared for her daughter. Etc etc. Good Luck on science and social studies fair, they only give award to the relatives of the school. And by the way the principal and vice principal was willing to break a couple of rules for their grandchildren attending this school. This is true and no falsehood here. Coming back for 2016, the walls were a tad greasy and the food was still terrible. I guess prison food taste better than this. Oh and parents, if you want your child to go to an outstanding High school, I recommend you search for another school. They will not give you any scholarships even if your child is excelling at school. They just want students to stay there because they get paid for this.May I remind you that the Tuition is SO EXPENSIVE for absolutely no benefit. Its like paying $500 for half an eraser. I went and transferred to another school and as I'm comparing and contrasting the two schools, I realized that Al - Ihsan did not teach any of the lessons taught at my current school. And it is not because its a different grade, in my current school they go through a couple of lessons from the year before to refresh our memory. But instead, all of this was new to me.They barely help you with regents and preparing for the SHSATs,SATs or even Regents!. Don't waste you time and money on something that isn't worth it.

The teachers here are very disrespectful to student. They don't listen to the explanations of the student and punish them by letting them go out of the classroom. The school environment is dirty, the school is not properly organized, it smells. More than one dead rats exist, they put can foods next to the bathrooms. The teachers don't really know what they are doing, they don't care for students, they let students be whatever they are. Avoid going to this school by any means.

Worest school seen ever in my life, teachers are unprofessional even Principal also have two faces. Very poor atmosphere, illiterate people making a Business Spot. Not Recommended ever. Better to join poor public school rather then this school. Thanks

Just wanted to inform anyone that is planning on sending your child to there pre-k on 134th street building please don't unless the teachers are changed. Natasha and her collegue Nakash are extremely unprofessional and very very rude. My kid tells me what they say in the class and how they are constantly screaming at the kids. Don't think the indian girl Nakash even has a degree to teach. Please if you plan on sending your child there make sure they get the other teachers in the 130th building pre-k. Can't wait for this to be over and move on. On the bright side of things the principal is a wonderful man. Keep that in mind as well! Cheers!

This school is so good. Because now they doing good things. This pandemic time so many school can not understand what they do. But our principal ( Rofiq Mohammed) handles everything his strong hands. May Allah keep him safe .

HORRIBLE. my child went there and found more than 10 rats in the restrooms , food is nasty and has mold in it ? 1/5 do not recommend this school.
