Heu c est quoi cet hotel
ca pue dans les chambres, j ai changé de chambre c etait pareil..
C etait mal parti, un check inn tres compliqué avec un gars pas souriant ne voulant pas bosser, mais ca c est plus une question de personne que d hotel.
les chambres sont sales, le sol colle aux pied, j ai niqué une paire de chaussette neuve juste en marchant dans l entree de la chambre...
Le reste c est une moquette degueulasse qui sent le chien mouillé ! la regularité de l odeur par contre est a souligner, dqns les 2 chambres que j ai fait ca sentait le meme chien !

A part l emplacement il n y a pas de raison d aller dans cet hotel.

Alors vous allez lire dessous une reponse automatique ou ils sont désolé de l experience client comme tous les avis precedents..

Allez y seulement si sortir votee chien sous l eau vous manque...

J'ai dormi la une nuit en novembre 2019 avec mon chien. Bien aimé ma nuit... surtout le lit tellement confortable... j'aimerais savoir quel sorte de matelas vous avez dans la chambre au premier étage 102 je crois

Nous avons pris 2 nuits dans cet hôtel à 10 mn du centre ville et pendant ses 2 nuits je n'ai pas pas fermé l'œil.Nos voisins auraient pus être dans la même chambre que nous !!!!!! Cris hystériques,va et vient sur tout les étages l'horreur !!!Le lendemain intervention de la police dans l'hôtel.Chez nous on parle d'insécurité mais ici "sa craint grave"et je vient de Marseille!!!!!!!

Très bon hôtel de la chaîne La Quinta. Nous en avons fait plusieurs et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Celui-ci ne fait exception. Très satisfaits de la chambre et des équipements. Accueil agréable.

The hotel on the outside was decent, and the parking lot was slightly dark. The room was clean, and the air wouldn't go more than low speed. We did have a TV issue, the front desk receptionist happily gave me another remote and it fixed our problem. All employees were super friendly except one person. The housekeeping staff was AMAZING. I accidentally left my jewelry (at least $1000 value) on a towel and handed it over to housekeeping. About an hour later, I realized my horrible mistake. We immediately ran down to the laundry room, where she informed me the front desk manager had my jewelry. I'm so thankful for the honest, hardworking ladies and gentlemen of LA Quinta off Palm Beach Lakes!

Disappointed with most conditions and facilities. From the outside the building looks good. The parking lot is very dark and spaces are very tight. The receptionist was quick to get our room ready for us but seemed to be in a hurry and very quiet. Didn’t hear her ask me a question so I moved along and heard later she commented to another member of my party about me being rude to walk away? Not even sure what else she needed. Room could use a lot of work. The housekeeping was very good. The A/C was struggling all night so that made it a little hard to sleep until we got use to the noises it was making. The bathtub could use some attention. There is no amount of cleaning by the housekeepers that could make it look any better. The TV was a good size and worked but was evident it was never moved because it seemed to be hiding major imperfections on the cabinet it sat on. The pull out sofa couch was beneficial but lacked any support from the cushion as you could easily feel the springs below. The restrooms near the breakfast area, although pretty clean, lacked toiletries making us need to take breakfast back to the room. First hotel I have been in for years that did not have any fitness room. The stairs were also littered with cigarette butts. For a quick overnight stop this hotel might be fine for some but unfortunately not for us. For the price we paid we could have stayed elsewhere with potentially better experiences.

This hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel with Priceline, Expedia, and others. But, based on the rooms, a 2 star at best. You can definitely tell this is an older hotel, with faded and dirty carpets, peeling walls, peeling tubs, damaged doors, and caulk filled bathrooms. The shower curtain does not stay up and allows water all over the wooden floor.
The front desk clerk did her best to smile and be hospitable, but you could tell it was quite the task.
For the price point, this hotel should be better! Put some money into the upkeep. We will stay elsewhere in the future.
