I loved it. Small class sizes, attentive and personable teachers, and lots of support to succeed. Plus plenty of local partnerships to help you land a job after graduation!

So forever grateful I was able to spend 4 amazing years at this school. I am not sure what the other people reviewing recently are talking about, as I felt the community at this campus is very welcoming and friendly. It is a catholic school so they do teach and emphasize catholic studies, however there are many classes that center around other beliefs. I never felt like my beliefs were being stomped on, and I am not catholic.

Also, if you are worried about your social life and getting the college experience, don't be! You can definitely still have the college experience and attend St. Kate's. The campus always has activities going on, and there are many schools in the area.

I would definitely recommend this university!

We played in a volleyball tournament at St. Kate’s today. The facility was clean and beautiful. The court was easy to find and a comfortable temperature. Seating was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to still view the games. Parking wasn’t fantastic, but it was a nice day - we didn’t mind walking. The bathroom was clean, although there were only 2 stalls. The campus cafeteria had delicious food. The waffles are fantastic!

Really disappointed. I was accepted to this University after having a stellar experience at my community college. I have also attended classes at St. Kates Minneapolis campus and had a really good experience. However, at the St. Paul campus I was shocked that they shut down the first day of class to go sing in the chapel. They shut down the computer labs and everything. Also, the women's study class is from a 700 page text book that is written by St. Kate’s staff that is very religiously biased towards Catholicism. They were going to force me to take a Christian studies class even though I had taken Old and New Testament classes at Northwestern. I was lead to believe that the campus was more inclusive towards all beliefs because there are many Muslim and Hmong students that go there, but it is very religiously driven. I feel that my beliefs were stomped on and would continue to be stomped on. I ended up dropping out after 2 days of class, which left me SOL of the semester because all other schools were too far into the semester already because of St. Kates late start date. Overall I feel that it was false advertising by the school (there was also a billboard on I94 that showed a woman of another culture), making them seem open to all beliefs, but realistically they will force catholic beliefs on you. Just make sure that is what you want.

I took a PSEO women's studies class here. The whole campus is super feminist and you are forced to swallow your views to accommodate other students. Personally I loved my professor but the other students got on my nerves. Very accommodating staff but they also don't challenge you to not be a victim.

This school is way too expensive for an OTA degree. You can also get the same online degree at less expensive colleges. I do not recommend St. Kate’s to anyone. Unless you have the extra money to waste. Plus, their requirements are ridiculous. Before I spent my money I did my research and thankfully I found an excellent college with amazing people who are always willing to help their students.

Best undergraduate education in the Twin Cities. Classes with high impact learning experiences develop the whole person, so students that graduate moral, responsible, fearless leaders ready to change the status quo. Not your typical undergraduate experience, but if you are looking for a place to grow, St. Kate's is the college for you.

First I want to say my advisor was amazing she was super helpful through all this mess. I was supposed to start this month but they said they were missing things so I couldn’t get in until the next semester when they had everything. but we had already sent them everything we had sent to every other college we applied to. They were the only ones we had this problem with. They then today told me that we weren’t gonna be accepted due to the fact that they don’t accept the accredited bodies that my school was accredited by due to varying standards idk what that means. But this was all something I wish they had just told me that from the beginning. absolute waste of my time and just stressful, plus expensive.
